Designed to work with 1/2-Inch piping, the 1/2-Inch thermostatic valve system is a logical upgrade from a standard shower system. Volume and temperature are controlled by the 1/2-Inch valve. The 1/2-Inch system can support up to three or four shower components including shower heads, personal showers and body sprays. The valve will support approximately 8 gallons per minute at 45 psi. The 1/2-Inch thermostatic valve is designed to work with the Danze 4-port diverter which directs water to each outlet in the shower but a diverter is not required to operate the valve.
