The single lever handle operates smoothly and the finish remains untarnished more than a year after installation. One lever has worked loose but simply unscrew the decorative cover and a little tightening with a screwdriver takes care of that. The long drain control lever is behind the unit so make sure there is enough room to reach the actuator if you intend to use the drain. Of great concern is the fact that of the three installed units, two have failed. Both while we were at home. The first was a water connection tube bursting in a powder room. The plastic tubing blew through the surrounding steel sheathing. My shop vac pulled the wood filler from the the nail holes ...
