We purchased this faucet for it's style and good looks. The installation was straight forward, mounting into a single hole, with 2 threaded rods to retain it, and 2 18in flexible water lines to the supply valves. The drain plumbing was easy as well. The faucet has a nice gentle stream of water flowing no matter how much you open the handle, which eliminates the usual splashing. I've had this for 3 years now, and the qulaity is amazing. I installed this in my master bath in my jacuzzi tub, and it's qulaity. Compnents are heavy and durable, and very resistent to stain. The slide is still in great shap and doesn't move at all when locked, and slides with ease when released. This a very beautiful and sturdy faucet. I love how it looks with the sink. It was simple enough to install. My main issue with it though is that I installed it with the intention of having a soap dispenser on the left and right side (one for hand soap, one for dish soap). However, the handle on the side of the faucet runs into the soap dispenser, so it cannot be installed with the handle on the side (at least, not at a 90 degree angle)... so that was disappointing. This unit is very high quality. No cheap coated plastic. Beautiful fit and finish. The listing did not mention that the set comes with both a wall mounted hose fitting and a fitting to mount on an existing shower head. Do not buy the wall mount fixture. It is in the kit. We purchased the personal shower kit along with a number of Danze fixtures for our new bathroom. One of the items was purchased locally. It turned out to be a discontinued item, and did not exactly match the new units. The Danze tech services people were extremely helpful. One lever has worked loose but simply unscrew the decorative cover and a little tightening with a screwdriver takes care of that. The long drain control lever is behind the unit so make sure there is enough room to reach the actuator if you intend to use the drain. Of great concern is the fact that of the three installed units, two have failed. Both while we were at home. The first was a water connection tube bursting in a powder room. The plastic tubing blew through the surrounding steel sheathing. My shop vac pulled the wood filler from the the nail holes ... We bought this model of faucet because of its attractive price but mostly favorable reviews. We are currently in a bathroom renovation project and we found out that this particular SUB-model of the Parma faucet (D304558BN) uses a Y-connector that's NON-STANDARD threading. Now, it's fine if the whole assembly is hidden but we are using this on a pedestal sink and this PLASTIC Y-hose becomes an eyesore! I learned through their website that there is another similar model (D331558BN) that uses a standard thread Y-connector.
